Brandon and Jessie were very understanding and conscious of my situation. They provided numerous solutions and patience while waiting for my decision. Very helpful with NO pressure. After finalizing my choice, Jose and Nate arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue. Calmly and like a well oiled machine were able to snake the clog(s). Then explained then potential hazards of an old home and some prevention steps to keep in mind. When they left, everything was virtually cleaner than when they arrived. The whole experience, with all four gentlemen, was calming, professional, and reassuring.

I'm so happy I called today. I received great service for my troubles with my kitchen sink, and in addition, I got my water heater taken care of and cleaned. Gustavo was the person who arrived at my home and took care of everything. He was very honest, thorough, and respectful. Furthermore, I am very satisfied and pleased I reached out to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Gustavo was fantastic, too! He is great at what he does and treats his customers like family.

Had an excellent experience. Another company wanted to charge an arm and a leg to replace the whole well system, but Gustavo from BF diagnosed and fixed our well in under 20 minutes. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Highly recommend—this is how service should be done.

I bought a new water heater, because the old one was needed to be replace. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, and right away Brandon Rimes came to my house. In a professional way he explained to me step by step what I was needed and what should I do to resolve the issue of my water heater, Brando is a very nice friendly person. The next day very punctual Gustavo and Jose came to fix the problem. They are very knowledgeable of their job, friendly and very professional spoken. They did an excellent job, they are the BEST OF THE BEST. Thank you, Thank you. I’m very happy and I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Mr. Gustavo Rocha arrived this afternoon to install a Kind Water Filter system. He was professional and courteous throughout the installation. Prior to starting he solicited any concerns I might have and upon completion he demonstrated how the system work making sure I knew to shut off the system if needed. Gustavo recommended that I should also get a pressure gauge for the system in which I will consider. After the work was completed he cleaned the area and also removed all the packing material. I whole heartedly recommend him for future work for my household, family, and neighbors. He epitomizes what customer service is and should be.
